2010 Bubble Calendar

The new 2010 Bubble Calendar is just as irresistible as last year. A poster-sized calendar with a bubble to pop every day, and the calendar is fully functional, with days of the week and all major U.S. holidays marked and weekends bolded for easy reference.

Ten Thousand Pictures of You

Written, Directed & Edited by Robin King Starring Denise Hoey, David Crow, Ruth Larkin"This pixilation (stop-motion animation using real people) was made for Screen South as part of the UK Film Council's Digital Shorts scheme. As much as possible, it was made 'in camera' without digital superimposure, using thousands of printed materials. The whole film took about a year: roughly three months each for development, prep, shoot and post - although due to the nature of the film, part of the post bled into the shoot... I used a Canon Eos 350D Digital SLR to shoot, and took roughly 26,000 photos overall.

Vespa built a four seater 'Stretch Scooter'

Vespa South Africa has built a “Stretch Scooter” which can seat four people, and has two rear ends of the scooter put one after the other. Vespa called it "a family car on two wheels and kids will look forward to going to school on it. You can be the designated driver and can still park outside the front door of the party". Cool idea!
